I would like to invite you to join me online for the “Eight Principles of Tai Chi & Qigong Practice Challenge”. In these 8 sessions, I will explain and lead you through the exploration of the essential principles to improve your Tai Chi & Qigong.
Each week, I will email you a new code so that you can access the module for the week. You can enrol at any time, and your progress will be for 8 weeks from your commencement date. You don’t need to know any particular Tai Chi or Qigong form or set, as this is based on improving your skills through following the principles. Selected exercises will be used in each session to demonstrate the principles for the theme of the week.
